CAN I SIGN MY OWN WAIVER IF I AM UNDER 18?
No, you will need to have the waiver completed by a responsible adult before your visit. Alternatively, bring them along for a coffee or a snack from our cafe.
IF I AM NOT PARTICIPATING, AM I ALLOWED TO WATCH?
No, unfortunately due to health and safety and fire regulations we are unable to permit non bouncers on to the trampoline deck.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE AT FREEDOG FOR MY JUMP SESSION?
We shut our check in for each jump session 15 minutes before it starts to ensure you have ample time to complete your necessary paperwork, collect your jump socks and watch the briefing video. Failure to arrive in time can result in delays on your allocated jump slot.
DO I HAVE TO JUMP TO COME TO FREEDOG?
No, we want everyone to enjoy their visit to Freedog and offer a fantastic selection of food and beverage at our cafe.
AM I ONLY ABLE TO JUMP FOR ONE HOUR SESSIONS?
No, you are able to arrange a variety of different jump options for half hour and hour jump extensions just speak to a member of our staff for more information.
WHERE IS FREEDOG LOCATED?
We are located on the Kembrey Park Estate next to the Futsal centre. Visit our contact us section for a map and directions.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
When jumping, we want you to be as comfortable as possible. With that in mind please wear what you like but remember, an hour on the trampoline is like a gym session.
DO YOU DO ANY SORT OF DISCOUNTS?
We offer a variation of discounts to students, SEN and large group bookings.
WHAT IF I AM UNDER THE AGE OF 12, CAN I STILL BOUNCE?
Yes, we want you to be able to enjoy your Freedog experience and request that you bring a responsible adult with you to supervise your session.
WHAT IS FREEDOGS REFUND POLICY?
Customers who have booked sessions shall be entitled to: A Full Refund with more than 72hrs notice - A 50% Refund with 48hrs notice (between 2- and 3-days’ notice) - No Refund with less than 48hrs notice (however, in exceptional circumstances a store credit/voucher may be issued).
DO I HAVE TO WEAR FREEDOG SAFETY SOCKS OR CAN I WEAR SOCKS FROM ANOTHER TRAMPOLINE PARK?
Unfortunately you have to wear Freedog safety socks at all times whilst jumping, no other socks are to be worn whilst on our trampolines. Otherwise it'd be a bit like eating McDonald's in a Burger King.
As you will have heard Bristol is now in Tier 3.
Unfortunately this means we will have to close again until further notice.
If you have a booking with us we will be in touch before the end of the month to process your voucher / refund.
Merry Christmas and we hope to see you again soon!
