You must be at least 5 years old to jump at Freedog during Open Bounce sessions. Under 5s can bounce during one of our Toddler Bounce sessions or go on the Soft Play. We also have height restrictions for each of these sessions. You must meet both the age and height requirements.

No, you will need to have the waiver completed by a responsible adult before your visit.

No, unfortunately due to health and safety and fire regulations we are unable to permit non bouncers on to the trampoline deck. However, the balcony in our café overlooks the trampolines.

We shut our check in for each jump session 15 minutes before it starts to ensure you have ample time to complete your necessary paperwork, collect your jump socks and watch the briefing video. Failure to arrive in time can result in delays on your allocated jump slot.

No, we want everyone to enjoy their visit to Freedog and offer a fantastic selection of food and beverage at our cafe.

Each session is 1 hour of bouncing, if you would like longer you will need to book a second session after the first.

We are located just a few minutes' walk from Temple Meads train station, behind Fowlers motorbike showroom on the Bath Bridge roundabout. Visit our "find us" page for a map and directions.

When jumping, we want you to be as comfortable as possible. With that in mind please wear what you like but remember, an hour on the trampoline is like a gym session. You will need to purchase special grip socks at reception on your first visit.

We offer a variation of discounts to SEND and large group bookings.

Customers must either give us a call or send an email to info@freedogbristol.com for 15% discounted entry for SEND participant (or free carer entry).

Yes, we want you to be able to enjoy your Freedog experience and request that you bring a responsible adult with you to supervise your session.

Customers who have booked sessions shall be entitled to: full refund with more than 72hrs notice; 50% refund with 48hrs notice; no refund with less than 48hrs notice. In exceptional circumstances a voucher may be offered in place of a refund for last minute cancellations. Please be aware that party slots are usually impossible to resell last minute so no refund or voucher is likely to be offered.

You have to wear Freedog safety socks at all times whilst jumping, no other socks are to be worn whilst on our trampolines.
